    The noise from construction/repairs at 9 am friday morning (which means 8 am when coming from Quebec or Ontario...)

    The construction noise early in the morning was terrible! I emailed the hotel to let them know of my late check in. It would have been courteous of the hotel staff to let me know about the construction in their reply. The importance of a quiet room was stressed at check in, and it was still terribly loud. This was very upsetting.

    Very comfortable beds. Very accomodating staff - the person that cleaned my room was very gracious and did an excellent job.

    Junior hockey teams staying there! Young boys (between the ages of 8 - 12) running through the halls and playing ball in the halls - walls were very thin at the hotel so lots of noise. Parents/chaperones of the hockey kids sitting in the hallways drinking until midnight chatting and laughing loudly.

    Our room was very dirty, the bed was too soft and I did not like the elevator, it was wobbily and scary.

    I was awoken at 9am by a reciprocating saw and hammering after working from 2am-6am. I distinctly recall refusing a wake up call let alone one by power tool.

    I try to go to the Delta Fredericton every year for the Fredericton Marathon now. I love the location and I enjoy the Mother's Day Brunch.

    Newly renovated room with very comfortable bed - quiet - beautiful view - good technology (TV/ internet / hookups, etc.) Good checkout time - friendly staff - good food in restaurant - lots to see and do in vicinity.

    No tub in bedroom - couldn't use pool or hot tub at all because of so many children using it - price was a little high.

    Room was recently renovated - was excellent.

    The rest of the building was still undergoing renovation. The hallway leading to our room was in terrible condition - could hear construction going on during the day. The main lobby was claustrophobic due to closings from construction. All of this is made worse by the fact that no one informed us of this construction.

    Staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. Room was newly renovated and just so beautifully appointed. For those that like to bring their laptops or electronics along...the desk and flat screen have connections for HDMI, RGB, RCA and even a speaker cable. No need to buy movies from the hotel just watch from your PC!

    Loved the location, view, amenities! Music on outside patio was a little loud ......... loved that they accommodated my pet!

    I did not find the food at the outdoor bar the greatest - I had the fish 'n chips which was not fresh - considering $16.95. The onion rings were thick and not crispy. The waitress had a top that was soiled - I realize working around food can be a challenge; however it was not appealing to see a soiled top - if necessary change as often as required. I travelled with a dog; however could not find outside reciprocals to dispose of litter..... same problem encountered last visit.
